[ Regarding THE 2D COMING ]

"2 Things" Before Jesus' Return..

can't make the Gr word 'apostasia' mean "the rapture"; though it does mean a 'departure away from..(something)", or, as the kjv so perfectly translated it: 'a falling away'. But for sure you can't "force it" to mean 'a departure' out of this world! (my my.) But rather it would be 'a departure' from the faith or truth! Are you even trying to get this right! There's "no advantage" to having this wrong. Your "rapture" simply cannot happen BEFORE 'the man of sin' appears! In fact, it can't even happen 'til..way past verses 3-7, down to v.8 WHEN The LORD really does Come!

..As it says:

2Thes 2.8..'And THEN shall The Wicked One be revealed, whom THE LORD will "consume" with The Spirit of His mouth, and destroy with the Brightness of HIS Coming'.

..HOW easy is that! 'The man of sin' has already 'appeared' be-fore Jesus Comes-(not after): because there he is being brought to utter destruction-'at His Appearance'! JESUS Comes after he is here! And it's obvious from Dan, Rev, Mat and now here in v8..

Needless to say, This Is also when Jesus Comes *for You! ..for Us!

..see it? ..it's plain as day ..yes? no? ..take some time to get what these verses really say.

(*This is also verified in Mat 13.30 in the parable of the tares and the wheat Harvest at the end when Jesus Comes, when "The Harvest is gathered in". yes. you and i are 'the wheat' and 'the man of sin' and all of them, are 'the tares' destined for destruct-ion 'AT Jesus Appearance'. But that's a fuller subject covered in Books 1 and 2 that follows this short Intro book.)
